All the themes I use have stood up to my toughest scrutiny. And I’m not just a design snob; I’m a stickler for well-written code and darn near neurotic when it comes to ease-of-use. That translates to you getting the creme de la creme: Gorgeous, fast and functional, and a joy to use.
When in doubt, look at the demo. For each theme, you’ll see a screenshot of one of the many color schemes available—in most cases, it’s between five and ten, on average—and a description of its features; if there are terms in there that you aren’t familiar with, just click the “See Demo” button, and you’ll most likely see exactly what I’m referring to.
All the themes featured here have automatic image resizing, are coded with valid HTML and CSS, are cross-browser and cross-platform compatible, and are up to the latest WordPress standards. And if you don’t know what that all means, it means this: Rest assured. No matter which theme you choose, you’re in good hands.
I’ve organized the themes by their use, although nothing is set in stone. If you see something you like, chances are you can make it work for you, no matter what business you’re in. Just click a category name, and you’ll jump to its section. Or, just scroll away…

These themes put the focus on your products and services more than anything else. You can blog, or not; keep it simple, or get as creative as you want with these. Solopreneurs would be wise to start here.
